1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ZRaceLog (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service beyond browsing public results.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ZzNetwork (CVR no. 36628529), the operator of ZRaceLog.

2. Eligibility

Public race results, event information, and driver profiles are accessible to everyone without an account.

To create an account, register for events, or make payments, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or delete that account.

3. User accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Create only one account per person.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ZzNetwork is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Driver profiles & claiming

ZRaceLog imports timing data from drag racing events. This data is linked to driver-at-event records — not directly to user accounts. A driver record contains the name, vehicle, and run times as submitted by the event organiser.

By creating an account, you consent to your account being automatically linked to events in which you participated as a registered driver, based on your name as it appears in event data.

By claiming a driver record, you explicitly confirm that you are the person that record refers to, and you accept that all associated data — including run times, vehicle information, and tagged photos — becomes linked to your account and visible on your public profile.

You may release a claimed driver record from your account settings at any time.

5. Photos & user content

Photographers may upload event photos to ZRaceLog. Photos are tagged to driver-at-event records. Tags submitted by regular users require approval by an Admin, Photographer, or Organiser before becoming visible.

Photographers retain ownership of their photos. By uploading photos to ZRaceLog, they grant ZzNetwork a non-exclusive licence to display those photos on the platform.

If you believe a photo has been tagged to your driver record incorrectly or without your consent, contact us at lassekofoed@gmail.com and we will review and remove the tag if appropriate.

6. Payments

Payments on ZRaceLog (such as event registrations or photo purchases) are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a payment. ZzNetwork does not store your payment card details.

Refund requests should be directed to lassekofoed@gmail.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Claim a driver record that does not belong to you.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without prior written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Intellectual property

ZRaceLog and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by ZzNetwork. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Content uploaded by users (photos, vehicle information) remains owned by the uploader. By submitting content, you grant ZzNetwork a licence to display it as part of the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZzNetwork does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Timing data is imported from external timing systems operated by event organisers. ZzNetwork is not responsible for the accuracy of imported race times or event data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZzNetwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Næstved Ret, Denmark.
